Created a communications strategy tailored to mental health professionals, Indigenous communities, and allied organizations.
-
Designed messaging pillars and style recommendations to ensure consistency across platforms.
Website Audit, Development, and Optimization
-
Conducted a full audit of the existing website, identifying gaps in user experience, content flow, and accessibility.
-
Delivered a comprehensive redevelopment plan including navigation restructuring, clearer service descriptions, and SEO improvements.
-
Rebuilt and restructured pages using Wix, applying visual design best practices with Indigenous cultural elements and land-based imagery.

Integrated functional features like therapist bios, contact forms, and clearer pathways for new client inquiries.
Content Strategy and Digital Engagement
-
Drafted and revised web copy to ensure it reflected IPS’s values and was welcoming, inclusive, and trauma-informed.
-
Created a content calendar for both newsletters and social media, tied to awareness days, seasonal events, and culturally significant milestones.
-
Provided guidance on using tools like Meta Business Suite and Mailchimp to streamline communication workflows.
-
Helped coordinate internal content development timelines and asset management to support ongoing outreach.
Impact:

My work helped position IPS as a trusted, culturally safe provider in Alberta’s mental health landscape while supporting their growth and visibility in digital spaces.
